This Application Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy (`Terms`) governs the manner in which McKenna Media collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (`User`) of McKenna Media`s mobile applications (`Apps`).
McKenna Media may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Apps, register on the Apps, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Apps. Our Apps may offer in-app purchases to remove advertisements. In such cases, Users may be required to provide additional information such as payment details. This information will be collected and processed by the respective app store platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and is subject to their privacy policies.
